01 Who we are

Eaverly provides commercial lead-generation services to pest-control companies. Eaverly is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at billy@eaverly.com.

02 What we collect and where it comes from

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• your name, company, email address, and phone number;
• application answers, including business type, annual revenue band, commercial account experience, and investment readiness;
• appointment details and communications with us;
• technical and usage information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, and interactions with our site or advertising; and
• information you voluntarily provide during a call or enquiry.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically from your device or browser, from advertising and analytics providers, and from service providers that help us manage applications, bookings, communications, and client relationships.

03 How we use it

You do not have to provide application information, but without it we may be unable to assess your application, respond, or arrange a call.

04 Form qualification

Our application form uses the answers you select to decide whether to show a booking calendar. For example, the form may consider whether your company serves commercial pest-control accounts, its revenue band, and—where applicable—your answer to an investment question.

This routing does not produce legal or similarly significant effects. If the form does not offer booking and you believe the result is incorrect, email us to request a human review.

05 How we disclose information

We may disclose identifiers, professional information, application answers, appointment records, communications, and internet or network activity to service providers and contractors that help us operate, such as:

• Systemised Leads for application forms and lead management;
• Google for Calendar, Meet, email, and related workspace services;
• Cal.com for bookings made through our main website;
• Vercel for website hosting and security; and
• analytics, advertising, professional, or technical providers where required for the purposes described above.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect rights or security, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or other business transaction.

06 Advertising and privacy choices

We do not sell personal information for money. We may allow analytics and advertising providers to collect or receive identifiers and internet or network activity to measure campaigns or deliver relevant advertising. Some U.S. state laws may define these disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising.

Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out, email billy@eaverly.com with the subject “Privacy opt-out.” We will use your request only to identify the data and providers involved and process the choice.

07 How long we keep it

We generally retain application and enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last interaction. If you become a client, we keep relevant business records for the relationship and any additional period required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or security purposes. We may delete or anonymise information sooner when it is no longer needed.

08 Email and site technologies

We may contact you about an application, appointment, or requested service. Any commercial email will identify the sender and provide a way to opt out. We honor valid opt-out requests and do not treat an application as permission for unrelated text-message marketing.

Our main website uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement or advertising technologies. These services may receive technical and usage information. Where consent or an opt-out is legally required for a non-essential technology, we apply the choice required by applicable law. Browser controls can also restrict or delete cookies.

09 U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to Eaverly, you may have the right to:

• know or access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
• receive certain information in a portable format;
• opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and
• limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, where applicable.

To submit a request, email billy@eaverly.com. Describe the right you want to exercise and the information involved. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If applicable law provides an appeal right and we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.

10 Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest published version.
